What we collect, and what we don't.
Kreativ is a small practice, not an ad network. This page describes, in plain language, what data this site and its tools actually handle. Last updated August 20, 2026.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're asking about, and your message. This is emailed directly to us and is not stored in a database.
Website Scoring tool. When you submit a URL to be scanned, that URL is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API and checked directly by our server for security response headers. We don't store the URLs you scan or the results after the scan completes.
Standard hosting logs. Like any website, ours runs on infrastructure (Vercel) that briefly logs IP addresses and request metadata for operational and security purposes. We don't access this for anything beyond troubleshooting.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregated traffic (pages visited, referrers, device type). It doesn't build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To respond to whatever you contacted us about
- To run the scoring tool and return your results
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages get used
- To keep the site and tools secure and working
We don't sell data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Third-party services we rely on
- Resend, to deliver contact form emails
- Google PageSpeed Insights, called server-side to check the URL you submit to the scoring tool
- Cal.com, if you book a call, that booking is handled directly on Cal.com's platform under its own privacy policy
- Vercel, for hosting and analytics
Cookies and local storage
No advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for exactly two things: remembering your light/dark theme choice and your language preference. Neither leaves your browser or gets sent to us.
Data retention
Contact form messages live in our email inbox until we delete them. Scanned URLs from the scoring tool are not retained after the scan finishes.
Your rights
Email management@kreativ.ly to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We'll handle it directly, no ticket system required.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
