What this website is
kreativ.ly is a marketing and informational site describing services Kreativ offers: website design, software design and development, software testing, penetration testing, UI/UX audits, and website scoring. Nothing on this site is itself a contract. A paid engagement with Kreativ is governed by a separate, signed agreement negotiated directly with you.
The website scoring tool
The scoring tool is a free, automated check, not a full security audit or penetration test. It's provided as-is, for informational purposes, and results can be incomplete or temporarily unavailable if a third-party service (like Google's PageSpeed Insights) is having a bad day. Only submit URLs for sites you own or have permission to test.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or the scoring tool to:
- Overload, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the site or its tools
- Scrape or automate bulk requests against the scoring tool
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Submit a URL for a site you don't own or don't have permission to test
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and the Kreativ name and branding belong to Kreativ. Don't reproduce or reuse them without asking first.
No warranty
This site and its tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
Kreativ isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or the scoring tool, to the extent permitted by law.
